1902	Born the 13th March in Katowice (Poland).
1923	studied at the Institute of Technology in Berlin and met dadaist artists.

1933	Hans Bellmer made his first Â« Doll Â», an enactment of a woman made with paper and strong glue.

1947	Jean Brun introduced him to the editor, Jean-Jacques Pauvert who ran a gallery. Bellmer illustratated "Story of the eye", written by his friend Georges Bataille.
1953	met his future wife and muse, the poet Unica ZÃ¼rn.
1957	publication in Paris of his book "Little Anatomy of physical unconscious", which he wrote when he was prisoneer at the Milles camp.
